What is Coverd Arcade?
A social gaming arcade with thousands of games — slots, crash, live dealers, table games and PvP games of skill. Every game can be played free with coins, and games played in Coverd Cash mode produce winnings you can redeem.
What is the difference between coins and Coverd Cash?
Coins are the free play currency — they have no cash value, and what you win with them stays in the game. Coverd Cash is the promotional sweepstakes currency: play with it and your winnings can be redeemed for real value. When you purchase a coin package, you receive free Coverd Cash with it.
Do I have to buy anything to play?
No. No purchase is necessary. Coins are free, and there are free ways to collect Coverd Cash too — including the postal request option described in the Sweepstakes Rules.
Is Coverd legal?
Yes. The arcade operates as a promotional sweepstakes with a free method of entry, which is why no purchase is ever necessary. Availability varies by state — see the state pages for what is offered where you live.
Bonus balance
What is Bonus balance, and how is it different from Coverd Cash?
Bonus is promotional credit from things like welcome offers, challenges and referrals. It is playable but not directly redeemable — as you play, a portion of each round converts into real Coverd Cash, at a rate that varies by game.
Which balance is used when I play?
Coverd Cash is used first. If it runs out, your Bonus balance covers the rest automatically so you can keep playing.
Does my Bonus balance expire?
No. Bonus balances do not expire.
Redeeming winnings
How do I redeem winnings?
Open Redeem, link a bank account through our payments partner, and choose an amount. The minimum redemption is 50 Coverd Cash, and Florida and New York cap redemptions at 5,000 per sweepstakes entry period. You verify your identity once, before your first redemption.
How long does a redemption take?
Most redemptions process quickly, but the Sweepstakes Rules allow up to 30 days, and larger prizes can take longer while security and fraud checks run.
Can I send Coverd Cash to someone else?
No. Coverd Cash and winnings are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another person.

Payments run through our payments partner over encrypted connections, and your card details are never stored on Coverd.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 18 or over (or the age of majority in your state) and located in a state where the arcade operates.
