Where you can play

The full arcade is available in 33 states. 7 states get a slightly smaller selection because some studios do not license there.

Availability is state law, not a business decision on our part: the rules covering promotional sweepstakes and skill-based contests differ from one state to the next, and the arcade follows them. Each page below says plainly what is on offer where you are, including when the answer is nothing yet.

In California, Indiana, Maine, New York, the arcade is PvP games of skill only — you are matched against a real opponent and the better player wins. Chance-based games are not offered in those four states.

The arcade is not open in 6 states yet: Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee.

If your state is on that last list, there is nothing to do and nothing to sign up for — we would rather say so here than let you get three screens into an account first. If it opens, existing accounts get access automatically.
